These terms apply whenever you use the Groomskart website or place an order with us. By using the site, you agree to them. Products Photographs are for illustration. The actual colour can differ slightly because of lighting and screen settings. Measurements on a size chart are product measurements; small variations are normal in handcrafted and made-to-order clothing. Prices Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated. Shipping and any Cash on Delivery fee are shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is clearly a mistake, we may correct it or cancel the order before it is dispatched, and refund anything you paid. Orders and payment Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed when payment is completed (for online payment), or when it is placed and accepted (for Cash on Delivery, which depends on availability for your PIN code and account). We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is unavailable, a price was wrong, or Cash on Delivery orders have repeatedly been refused. Any amount you paid for a cancelled order is refunded. Made-to-order and custom pieces A made-to-order or fully custom piece is made to the measurements and details you give us. You are responsible for checking them before you pay. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned, except for a manufacturing defect, damage or a wrong item, handled as set out in our Exchange Policy. Fully custom pieces are priced after a call and are chargeable. Delivery Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy. Please give a complete and correct address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for a delay or failed delivery caused by wrong details. Exchanges, refunds and cancellations We offer exchanges, not returns or refunds, except in the cases our Exchange Policy and Refund Policy describe (a manufacturing defect, damage in transit or a wrong item that we cannot put right, or a rare genuine case where we choose to agree to a refund at our discretion). See our Exchange Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. They form part of these terms. Appointments Audio and video calls are by booking only. You can cancel a booking from My Appointments in your account. We may reschedule or cancel a call, and will tell you if we do. Your account You log in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep your email account secure, and tell us immediately at groomskart@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account. Using the site Do not misuse the site, try to break or overload it, use it for unlawful purposes, or place orders with false information. We may block accounts that do. Reviews When you post a review you confirm it is honest and based on your own experience, and you allow us to display it on the site. We may remove reviews that are abusive, unlawful or not about our products. Intellectual property All content on this site, including photographs, text, the Groomskart name and logo, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Limits of our liability We take care to describe each product accurately and to dispatch every order carefully. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control, or for problems caused by wrong information given at checkout. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts at Hooghly, West Bengal, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer forum where you live. Changes We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
