Where we deliver We deliver across India, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Enter your PIN code on any product page to confirm delivery to your area before you order. Dispatch Ready pieces are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1-3 working days of your order. This can take a little longer during sales and busy wedding-season periods. Delivery time Ready pieces: 6-10 days from the day you place the order. Some PIN codes may show a different time when you check them, and the time shown for your PIN code is the one that applies. Made-to-order pieces: 10-12 days, counted from the day the order is placed and paid. If your cart has both a ready piece and a made-to-order piece, the whole order is delivered on the longer timeline. Shipping charges Shipping is ₹0 per order. Orders of ₹2 or more, after any coupon discount, ship free. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay; nothing is added afterwards. Cash on Delivery Cash on Delivery is available in most areas. A handling fee of ₹2 applies and is shown at checkout. For orders of ₹2,499 or more, we ask you to pay ₹199 online as an advance, and you pay the balance on delivery. Cash on Delivery may not be available for some PIN codes, or for an account with earlier refused deliveries; in that case you can pay online instead. Tracking Once your order ships, you can follow it any time on the Track Order page using your order number and phone number. Delays Weather, courier disruption or remote locations can occasionally delay a delivery beyond the usual time. If your order is badly delayed, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase it with the courier.
