Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch You can cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or email support@groomskart.com with your order number, as early as possible. If you paid online, the full amount is refunded — see our Refund Policy for timing. After Dispatch Once an order has been packed and handed to our courier, it can no longer be cancelled. You're welcome to return it after delivery instead — see our Return Policy. Cash on Delivery Please only choose Cash on Delivery if you're sure you want the order — refusing a COD parcel at the door isn't the same as cancelling in advance. It costs real courier charges both ways, and a pattern of refused deliveries may mean Cash on Delivery is no longer offered on future orders to that account. Order Changes If you need to change a size, address or item after placing an order, message us as soon as possible — we can usually help before dispatch, but can't guarantee changes once an order is already being packed.
