Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Issued Refunds are issued once a returned item reaches us and passes inspection, or when an order is cancelled before dispatch and was already paid for online. How Long It Takes Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days. The money is returned to your original payment method — the same card, UPI ID or bank account used to pay. Cash on Delivery Orders If you paid Cash on Delivery and are returning an item, we'll ask for your bank or UPI details to process the refund, since there's no original payment method to reverse it to. If You Haven't Received Your Refund Refund timing after it leaves us depends on your bank, and can occasionally take a few extra days to reflect. If it's been longer than 7 working days since we confirmed your refund, message us on WhatsApp or email support@groomskart.com and we'll look into it.
